What to do if the advertiser did not show up at the meeting place on the day of the course, offer or trip?

In our community of scuba divers, such situations happen very rarely.
If the advertiser does not show up at the meeting place on time, try to contact him by phone. If he/she does not answer your phone, wait around 30 minutes.
Different situations might happen on the road.
If, however, your meeting did not take place and the advertiser did not contact you, please inform us as soon as possible (within 3 days of the planned start date) by contacting the diveTarget.com ™ Complaint Department. Describe the situation with as many details as possible.
